Coloured construction materials are very important nowadays. For colouring of these kinds of materials we advice you to use our iron oxide series of pigments which are mainly used in concrete, asphalt, mortar, floors, roof, brick and walls.

Chrome yellows and molybdate orange pigments are characterized by a combination of properties unmatched by any other class of pigments: economy, heat stability, solvent resistance and clean shades with good hiding power and gloss, they also exhibit very good light and weathering fastness in both the full shade and white reductions.

Chrome yellows and molybdate orange pigments have been used for decades in all sorts of air-drying and baking systems for applications where their lead content represents no danger to health. Performance in alkyd-based paints is very good, particularly with the PC-B-1222, MC-B-5922, PC-101-25, PC-103-27 and MC-109-11 series pigments.

Paint formulators should carry out their own tests to determine which grades are suitable for emulsion, electrodeposition, epoxy and acid-catalyzed coatings; here, the multiplicity of systems involved does not permit a blanket recommendation.
